Restaurant/places to eat in The Tango Hotel Taipei Linsen
Bathroom in The Tango Hotel Taipei Linsen
The Tango Hotel Taipei Linsen
Room was very spacious, there is a place to put your clothes, bathroom had all the necessary items - hairdryer, shampoo, body wash. Bathroom had a bathtub. Coffee machine pod with coffee available in the room every day, tea, kettle, water are refilled in your room. Water station in the elevator to refill your bottles - very convenient. View from the room is the street but still great vs no window at all. You can control the AC temp in your room (unlike other hotels that have centrally controlled air conditioning). There is a place to eat below the lobby, but we didn't try the food there. Plenty of options to eat and drink near hotel, all walking distance. Lots of convenience stores. The hotel is located in their Japan town with Japanese restaurants nearby. Hotel is little further away from both the bus and train - but very easy to walk to (5-10min depending on the station or bus stop). One of the best hotels we've stayed in for the price. Lobby is simple but the room makes up for anything else that the hotel may be lacking compared to bigger hotel chains.

The hotel was impressive in every way We stayed in the Tango Suite which had a separate living area that was a great segregation where we could eat, pack and hide (while the baby napped) Staff were very attentive and polite, they would help us get the door when we had bags or were carrying the baby. The housekeeping staff would greet us each morning and ask if we wanted our room made-up too! Toilet fittings were top notch - duravit, toto washlet, grohe etc Cleanliness 10/10 as well Super value for money, walking distance to CKS memorial (15 mins) and Chifeng street.

We upgraded to a larger room with a washing machine, and it was really worth it. The bed was HUGE, and super comfy, and the room was massive too, with a really luxurious bathroom. The staff were lovely, and very helpful with anything we needed. They also spoke fluent English (which was very surprising for Taipei!). The location is great too, and we found a million really great restaurants, cafes, markets and more within a 10-minute radius, or a short bus or train ride to tourist attractions.

Everything was outstanding ! The front office with Anny, Lulu Sunny, Una and Ben always were helpful, kind and polite. The ladies of the rooms cleaned the clean ! Breakfast very tasty, different daily. Very good italian espresso ! The bed super confy with 4 very soft pillows ! Free laundry. ! A/C top ! Easy to reach the metro. Nothing to complain ! My home in Taipei. All the best to everybody who gave me a week of happiness. Ivanromeo.

The location was across the street from 2 excellent restaurants; breakfast at the hotel was varied and well prepared. I was even able to request unseasoned eggs to accommodate my dietary restrictions. The facilities were spotless and new. The bathroom was quite ergonomically planned and room was spacious. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The complementary laundry with soap was a real perk!
